PRICING

• The fee is charged for the whole house.
• Prices include taxes and are in HUF.
• Payment can be made by credit card via the website, by bank transfer, SZÉP card or gift voucher.

• Please note that our accommodation can be booked for at least 2 nights. In special periods, a longer minimum booking time applies.
• By sending your booking request, you declare that you have read and agreed our house rules and the General Terms and Conditions of Contract.
• Booking is valid after your request had been confirmed by email.

• Reservation can be canceled for free until 15 days before arrival.
• Cancelation fee is 50% of the total booking fee between 8-14 days prior to the arrival.
• If the reservation is canceled within 7 days before arrival, we will not be able to refund the booking fee.
• You can cancel your booking by clicking the Booking cancellation link in the confirmation email or you can directly inform us by sending an email to info@kalivineyardestate.hu.
• In that case if you leave the apartment before the agreed departure date, it is not possible to refund the accommodation fee.

Check-in and check-out:

• The earliest check-in time is 3 pm on the day of arrival.
• We provide self check-in to our guests with lockbox.
• Please leave the accommodation by 10 am on the day of departure.
• You need to let the host know what time you'll be arriving in advance.
• Please keep the apartment clean and do not leave laundry, food residue and trash on the accommodation when you leave.
• On departure please leave the keys in the lockbox. If keys are lost, guests must immediately inform the host and reimburse the price and the cost of any necessary lock replacement to the accommodation.

During your stay:

• The accommodation is available only for the number of guests stated in the reservation or agreed in advance.
• Please lock the entrance at night and when leaving.
• The host is not liable for any damage to property or accidents to guests' property resulting from improper use of the accommodation and its facilities, or from violation of the rules.
• Guests are financially liable for any damage caused by guests through improper use or negligence of the accommodation or its facilities, and the damage must be paid directly to the accommodation provider.
• In case of any issue concerning the accommodation, please inform us immadiately. We cannot accept subsequent complaints.
• Smoking is not allowed.

• Can I bring my dog? Yes, all four-legged friends are very welcome.
• Do I have to pay to use the Finnish sauna and hot tub? No, you can enjoy the wellness free of charge, and we'll even provide the firewood and the other materials to heat it up.
• Is charcoal and oil available for the barbecue or do you need to bring it? We also provide a bag of charcoal and grill lighter fluid for grilling.
• Are the lower and upper floors for rent separately? Is there anyone else staying on the property besides the guests?
  No, the whole property is for rent, you will be the only ones staying in the accommodation, so no one will disturb your rest.
